Hours: Varied, anticipated up to 35 hours during school holidays and as and when required during Term time.

Coram’s Fields Out of School Club (OSC) is looking for an exceptional individual to become part of its dedicated team to help deliver its hugely successful after school club and holiday scheme programmes for young people aged 4-12 years.
You will be dedicated to changing the lives of young people for the better, have a strong understanding of the multiple needs of the age group in question and will complement this with an ability to nurture development through a truly inclusive, creative, and positive approach to engagement. The role itself will be incredibly varied, providing opportunities to experience all aspects of the programmes’ work from initial planning to implementation and reviewing of the services that we offer. You will be required to work with young people from across the age and ability spectrum and will need to have the skills to adapt quickly and effectively in this fast paced environment. Coram’s Fields has been a flagship provider of services for young people for over 80 years and our OSC is just one in a host of services delivered from our seven acre site in the heart of Central London.
