Out of School Club

Play is vitally important to children’s lives. It helps them let off steam and have fun. It supports the building of healthy positive relationships. Play is about having time, freedom, and space to explore. Through play children can build self-esteem, self-confidence and become resilient. Play is central to the ethos of Coram’s Fields Out of School Club.

Our After School Club and Holiday Scheme provides high quality childcare during term time and during the school holidays for children aged 4-12 years. Our qualified and highly experienced staff team ensure that our young people have the most wonderful experience during their time with us, making full use of the facilities on site to provide a wealth of fun, educational and creative projects for them to get involved in.

Coram’s fields out of school club staff have access to a range of ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge to provide extensive support to young people with varying needs.

Our skilled play workers provide an environment where children take ownership of their play space to help them develop new skills, help them find out about themselves giving them opportunity to discover own abilities and interests and learn about the world around them.

Our next play-scheme will be Monday 3rd – Friday 14th April 2023.

Our After School Programme runs from 3.30pm-6pm, escorting children from four local primary schools; Argyle, St Albans, St George the Martyr and Christopher Hatton. Nutritional snacks are provided for all young people on their return to Coram’s Fields.

If you would like to register please fill in the registration form and contact the Out of School Club on oscbookings@coramsfields.org.uk

Our holiday play-schemes operate from 8.30am-5.30pm every holiday except Christmas in line with Camden term dates.

Spaces for play-schemes can be requested by completing the booking form online which will be available once booking opens. A member of the OSC team will then be in touch to confirm booking and a 50% deposit will be required to secure the space.

Great place, great people, full of fun and laughter for the kids who always come home filthy because they have had the best of times!

Geronimo really enjoyed the play-scheme very much. He was happy and spend a lot of energy. I only would like to say Thank you!
