Coram’s Fields is seeking a talented and highly committed Nursery Manager to lead our 36 place nursery, located in the heart of Bloomsbury/Kings Cross.

Coram’s Fields Nursery is like no other. Located within our seven acre park and playground dedicated to children, our little ones have access to some of the best facilities in London, with over seven acres of open space to enjoy, including a wildlife garden, growing spaces and of course, our Under 5s playground, including sand and water play.

The Nursery Manager will be responsible for leading on all aspects of the running of our Nursery, which forms part of the wider charity. This is an opportunity to really make your mark on a nursery with a strong reputation for delivering high quality, affordable childcare for the local community. You will be inheriting a committed team of practitioners, who believe passionately that every child should be given the very best start in life – values that you will embody through your leadership.

There will be ample opportunity for you to take ownership of, and shape the future of the service. We’re looking for somebody who has a clear vision and understanding of what ‘outstanding’ looks like and most importantly, somebody with the credibility and leadership skills to work successfully with the team to deliver this. This is a hugely rewarding role, and you will have the opportunity to see the immediate impact of your success on the lives of the children and young people we support.

For over 85 years, Coram’s Fields has provided a safe haven for children and young people in London, through its unique seven-acre park and playground, and range of community services. You can read more about the wider work of our charity on our website Coram’s Fields (coramsfields.org) and you can read our most recent impact report here – Annual Report (coramsfields.org).
