Groundsperson – Buildings and Open Spaces

Location: Coram’s Fields, Kings Cross
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week, some evening and weekend work required

We are now looking to recruit a Grounds Person (Buildings and Open Spaces). As our Grounds Person, you will have the opportunity to transform the experience of the hundreds of children and families that use out community services every day, as well as the many thousands who access our park and playgrounds each year.

We are looking for:

  • Somebody with knowledge and experience to successfully maintain and develop buildings and facilities, similar to that of Coram’s Fields.
  • You will be hands-on in your approach and will bring a range of practical skills to the role, as well as an understanding of the importance of systems and processes in delivering high standards of maintenance.
  • You will be a team player, a strong communicator, and will take immense pride in your work, relishing the idea of working with others to deliver tangible improvements to our facilities for the benefit of local children and young people.
