Facilities Worker – Sports and Open Spaces


Location: Coram’s Fields, Kings Cross
Hours: 37.5hrs per week, some evening and weekend work required
Salary and Benefits: £25,000-27,000 per annum (depending on experience), Cycle to work scheme, training and development opportunities, discounted sport and hall hire, discounted childcare (holiday clubs), defined pension contribution scheme, free employee assistance programme (EAP)

We are excited to be recruiting for the new role of Facilities Worker – Sports and Open Spaces. As a Facilities Worker, you will be an integral part of the grounds team, responsible for the day-to-day smooth running and maintenance of our sports facilities and changing areas.

We are looking for:

  • Somebody with strong knowledge and experience in the running of a facilities-based environment, working to a high standard in the maintenance and upkeep of our sports facilities, and the park and grounds as a whole.
  • A team player with strong communication skills, good attention to detail, who takes immense pride in their work, with a desire to provide the highest level of service to our community.
  • You will be inspired by the cause and excited by the opportunity to aid in the running of some of the best outdoor sports facilities in London.
